Here's what I see all the time.... (incredible, t Here's what I see all the time....

(incredible, talented, powerful) Entrepreneurs focussing all of their time and energy on selling their lowest-ticket offers first.

One-off intensive, strategy hours, audits... are GREAT for increasing your cash every month.

But focussing on these BEFORE your high-ticket is fully booked can be an express ticket to the income rollercoaster.

Why?

Because you're *constantly* in retention mode 🥵 as you try to stack as many sales as possible to hit your income goals.

But what if you asked yourself this:

"How do I want to be fully booked?"

Let's crunch some numbers on this one 🧮

Say your monthly goal is $10k.

SCENARIO 1: 

You focus on selling your one-off and low-ticket offers, digital products and mini-trainings. 

Average income per customer is $500

Then you need to be signing 20 (!) new customers every month, and growing your lead pool by 400 people every. damn. month.

SCENARIO 2: 

You focus on filling your highest-tier offer first. 

Let's say it's a 3-month Coaching package at $1,800 per mo.

All you need is 5 new clients for the 1st month and you're hitting $10k months for 3 months.

You can then:

→ Continue to grow your lead pool (and waitlist) so you've got a steady stream of clients ready to lock their spot in your calendar.

→ Add the cream to the top (AKA low-ticket offers) and raise your cash goal through the roof!

Last year was, undoubtedly, the hardest year of my Last year was, undoubtedly, the hardest year of my life.⁠

 💔⁠ I lost my childhood bestie of 34 years to breast cancer (she was my “big sister”, and a mumma of 2).⁠
⁠
⁠
 💔⁠ I lost 2 of my incredible grandparents (who’d influenced my life so heavily).⁠
⁠
⁠
 💔⁠ I had a second operation to remove more of my cervix as a cancer precaution.⁠
⁠
⁠
The grief and loss were, at times, too much to bear.⁠
⁠
I would meet with my coach weekly and just cry… and cry and cry.⁠
⁠
I had days when I couldn’t get out of bed.⁠
⁠
….⁠
⁠
An in the true polarity of this crazy life we live?⁠
⁠
✧ My business had its biggest year.⁠
⁠
✧ I pivoted into a new incredible role.⁠
⁠
✧ I attracted dreamy soulmate clients.⁠
⁠
✧ Kate Wilkinson Inc. had its biggest days, weeks and months. ⁠
⁠
….⁠

But the lesson I wanted to share here is that: ⁠
⁠
It wasn’t “perfect”.⁠
⁠
I didn't wake up feeling “high-vibe” every day.⁠
⁠
It didn’t always feel “easy”.⁠
⁠
Sometimes it just felt f*cking hard and heavy and impossible.⁠
⁠
🫶 I just decided to make all of these feelings OK 
⁠
No shame.⁠
⁠
No putting myself down.⁠
⁠
Just allowing myself to feel the feels. ⁠
⁠
Making my business work MY way.⁠
⁠
Listening to my body when it told me to rest.⁠
⁠

And to me, it was perfect. ⁠
